Roee is a Founding and Managing Director of Doral Energy-Tech Ventures, the corporate venture capital, technology and innovation arm of Doral Renewable Energy Group. During his role, Roee led strategic investments in a global portfolio of startup companies from Israel, the US and Europe. As part of his vision to promote applied research and innovation, Roee led strategic collaboration with leading universities and contributed to the establishment of Bar Ilan's Center for Energy and Sustainability. Amongst his eco-system activities, Roee launched the first energy and climate tech accelerator in collaboration with 8200-Impact and Bank Hapoalim and partnered with The European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) to launch the "Calling to Scale" program for European and Israeli start-ups in the energy and climate-tech domains.
